Mind Valyou plans' to grow in selected verticals with a strong focus on India. We hope to continue our small client-base model, building long-term relationships with the customer's that we cherish. We have chosen to operate Mind Valyou independent of any outside interests and are motivated solely by a desire to exceed our customer's expectation.

Executive Team

Prabhakar Basker, Director. A consummate professional, who is very talented in the art of business and networking. Prabhu as he is popularly known with his colleagues has a remarkable clarity and strength of purpose coupled with an uncanny knack of bringing out perspectives that many people haven't even treaded to think. Prabhu comes with a 10 + years experience working for MNC companies and Vinayaka Missions and University and co-founded Mind Valyou.

Bharath Laxmipati, Director. A true master at managing deliverables and stakeholders, for this he applies his distinctive mix of competencies, experience, people management and communication skills, and combines it with the perfect balance of professional seriosity and good humour. A business professional with over 10 years of experience in multiple markets and working at companies such as Microsoft and ICONMA, his quest for a knowledge oasis ended with co-founding Mind Valyou.

David Soudamalla, Delivery Head. Backed with over 10 years of success driven experience in the IT Industry and delivering business objectives & addressing challenges in Resource Mgmt, Workforce & Capability Planning, Partner Mgmt and Recruitment functions working for industry giants like Microsoft and Accenture.

Siva Reddy, Technology Head. A Centum scholar through school and Masters of Computer Applications from Madras University, an invitee member of the BREW Technical team, Siva brings unmatched zeal and passion to both technology and the business of it. Microsoft credited Siva with helping solve a key MS Office DLL issue. He has extensive on-site and off-shore design and development experience in client-server, web, Java, mobile & Windows technologies and has championed multiple complex projects to success during his career.

Konda Reddy, Projects Head. He comes with a background of Bachelors degree of Business Management and Masters in Computer Applications from Chennai University. As one of the initial team members who worked on Win CE & Palm OS, he handled a number of projects for HP Singapore -GPS. A professional certified on Microsoft and Sun technologies, He brings with him strong project management skills and extensive on-site, off-site design & development experience.
