Logical Structured Approach

We adopt a logical, structured approach, each time we execute a search project. It allows us address our client's specific needs and lets us focus all of our energies on building the best candidate pool. We start every search assignment with a specific strategy, designed jointly with the customer detailing the specifications. Working together with our clients, we evaluate the situation and determine a strategy for finding the best candidate. The next step is to develop a potential list of qualified candidates that is keen to be part of the client interview process. Qualified candidates are assessed thru several rounds of telephonic and personal screening.

While we assess the candidate, we also present the job opportunity in a compelling way, communicating the nuances of the position and the cultural aspects of the client organization. Once we are 100% convinced about the candidate's interest, we present them to the client for shortlist and interview. We also assist our clients with interviews and selection. The final step of the process is to convert the mutual fit into a hire for the client organization. We remain connected through the start date and initial days of employment checking on performance and fitment.
